All the runners who finish the race will receive a medal.

First three places men and women in the 5 and 10 km race will get a special prize. First place in all age groups in 5 km and 10 km races will also get a prize for their success.

All participants are invited to the swimming pool (Laugardalslaug), hot tubs and steam baths after the race and the rewards will be given out at the swimming pool.

Drawn prices will be handed out at the finishing area. Prices include two free registrations in the Reykjavík Marathon and Powerade drinks.
